Blending elements of the SAFE SPACE sculptures (all 2023), Kristy Moreno’s KEY LIME KISS (2023) renders three femme figures with distinct individual styles and a sense of unity across their color palettes, accessories, and intertwined arms. One figure pairs her visor sunglasses with bangs and a blue and pink star-patterned crop top, while another wears the same glasses with an 80’s style collar peeking from her sweater, and large orange hoop earrings. The third figure sports a flat brim hat with Kristy Moreno’s “KM” initials emblazoned on the underside and side bangs covering one eye.
